If the first draft misses and two revision rounds can't fix it, full refund. The refund window closes when you approve the final cut.

What happens after payment: you'll receive a short intake form (your website URL and what the ad is selling) plus simple instructions for granting access to your Meta ad account — takes about two minutes. Production starts once your intake is complete and approved.

Ad spend is separate and stays in your own account - we recommend at least $30-$50/day for meaningful enquiry flow.
